HOLDER/DATA CONTROLLER - We herewith inform you that your personal data shall be processed by Tecniplast S.p.A., having its registered office in Buguggiate (VA) ITALY , in Via 1 ° Maggio 6, as Holder of the Personal Data Processing.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING - Your data, including email, will be processed in order to send you the information you requested by completing the CONTACT US form. Your data are also processed for the fulfillment of legal obligations and possibly for defensive needs or fulfillment of orders by the Public Authorities.
LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING - The legal basis of data processing is constituted by the pre-contractual purpose, by the legal obligations, and the legitimate interest constituted, in this case, by the defensive purpose (only hypothetical) or computer security.
